do not buy or accept plastic (get reusable bags, to-go containers and utensils), pick up litter, reuse as much as possible, repair. Everything we buy cost a lot of resources, water, energy, labor, and it pollutes as well along the production/delivery process. Remember that when you have a shopping fever, over-consumerism is killing us!! and yes, sorry but it includes phone that should not be changed every year!!
